Biography

Donna has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through appeal. She has numerous published decisions. Throughout her career, Donna has focused her practice on complex civil litigation including but not limited to insurance, negligence, and product liability defense. In addition, she has excellent legal research and writing skills having drafted numerous successful summary judgment motions and appellate briefs. Her current practice also includes limited criminal defense as well as advising clients on elder law issues. Donna's elder law practice focuses on drafting wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, and co-habitation agreements.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Donna was a first grade teacher, and personal trainer.

Donna practices in Metro-Denver, Jefferson County, Clear Creek County, and Summit County.
